A Total of 32 Students Who Love Literature Took Part in Piwulang Sastra
(BANTUL, Yogyakarta) - As many as 32 literature-loving students from all over DIY took part in poetry workshops and discussions at the literary piwulang event at the literary and arts piwulang hermitage, Jambon, Sedayu, Bantul, Sunday (14/7).
Chair of the committee, Maharani Khan Jade, explained that piwulang pastra is a program consisting of three series of activities, namely writing training, bookkeeping and staging literary works.
With the theme 'Menatah' in this literary piwulang activity, the invited speakers will try to sculpt, shape, give, train, train and decorate the participants who take part in this activity.
This program will last for three months with ten meetings. Where these activities will be filled with various resource persons who are practitioners and experts in their respective fields.
"Literary Piwulang encourages the learning process and creative exploration by producing classic and contemporary literary works in the form of books, performances and also displayed in literary cinema," he explained.
Carrying the theme 'Menatah', this piwulang pastra comes with the hope that the participants can find a way to walk and shape their character through Indonesian literature.
Apart from that, continued Jade, the aim of this training is so that participants can also develop an artistic ethos, foster creativity in the field of literature and art, provide experience to achieve superior human resources in the field of literature and build friendship and character that is tolerant of diversity. and differences.
One of the participants, Kiuhuana Illiyasa, admitted that he was happy to take part in this literary piwulang event. Because for him in this event he could learn many things from poetry.
